Shipping policy

At Mindful Protocol, our goal is to deliver your order safely and transparently. We work with trusted international partners to ship our products worldwide and provide a smooth customer experience.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (when available).

Shipping Origin & Delivery Time Our products are shipped directly from our international fulfillment partners located in Asia. This allows us to offer high-quality items while keeping prices fair.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 7 – 20 business days

  • United Kingdom: 8 – 20 business days

  • United States / Canada: 10 – 25 business days

  • Rest of world: 15 – 30 business days

Please note that these are average estimates and actual delivery time may vary depending on customs clearance and your local postal service.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 USD. For orders under $50 USD, standard shipping rates apply and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order When tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number via email after dispatch. Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking link to start showing movement.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Some international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees once the package reaches your country. These charges are set and collected by your local customs authority, not by Mindful Protocol. If applicable, your local postal service or courier will contact you directly with payment instructions before delivery. Unfortunately, we don’t have control over these fees or know their exact amounts in advance, as they vary by country and order value.

Address Accuracy Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct before finalizing your order. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days after shipment, contact us at hello@mindfulprotocol.com and we’ll help investigate. In rare cases of lost packages, we’ll work with our logistics partners to find a fair solution.
