In most cases, orders arrive without additional fees. However, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or import fees are determined by your local government and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict or cover these charges. We recommend checking your local customs website if you are concerned about potential fees.

Don't worry. This is completely normal and does not mean your package is lost. During international transit, tracking updates often pause while your shipment moves between carriers or clears customs. It will reactivate as soon as it reaches the next major sorting facility or arrives in your country.
